About Excel Trips
1. If one of these charter dates fits your schedule, contact us
for available space at 619.223.7493.
2. To compensate for any last minute cancellations, we reserve
the right to overbook by one reservation on all limited trips.
3. Prices listed are based on cash discount; credit cards are
slightly higher.
4. Cost does not include Mexican permits and licenses.
5. Depending upon the cost of diesel fuel, we may find it necessary
to impose a surcharge.
6. Passports required on all trips 14 days or longer.
7. All reservations are tentative until a 50% deposit is received. No refunds unless cancellations are received in writing 180 days prior to all longer trips; or until your vacancy is filled. All cancellations are subject to a 10% administrative fee.
8. If you make a reservation please call the Excel office one week in advance to make sure the departure time has not been changed.
9. On day of departure please arrive at least 2 hours early.
10. FISH AND GAME REGULATIONS-Both Mexican Fish and Game and California Fish and Game prohibit the sale of sport-caught fish. We consider this a serious issue, and we will assist in the prosecution of any passenger doing so. Every offense jeopardizes our strong relations with the Department de Pesca in Mexico.
